Alright, let's dive into this week's episode where I'm sharing three ways to create more sales and ease in your launches, to give you a little bit of a taste on how you can do that.
Let's dive in. If you are an online business owner, you have got digital offerings. You need to be launching and if you are someone who has launched a few times, if you're like most people in the online space. Then you're likely frustrated with how [00:03:00] much money you're making from your launches and how overwhelming they are because it's actually really normal to be frustrated about both of these things in the early days of launching your online offers.
So if that's how you feel, if you are frustrated with the fact that you're not making as much money as you'd like to be making, or getting as many people into your offerings as you would like to be from your online. In your online space from your launches and it's feeling overwhelming, then you are within the absolute majority of people in this online space.
So let's just clear that up. It's not just you that's feeling that it's most people because it takes some time to get this whole launching thing right. So today I wanted to share with you, uh, three things that. Are going to help you make more sales in your launches and have your launches feeling more easeful.
And the reason I'm gonna share things around those two [00:04:00] areas is because every woman I speak to wants these two things. They are two of the top things that came up from the market researcher calls that I did when I was looking at creating. Launch offerings. It is what every client talks to me about the messages I get in dms, the conversations that I have with other peers in the online space as well.
It's about, yes, making the money from our launches and it's also basically everyone I speak to would like more ease with their launches or they'd like it to be easy, is often what they say. So that's why I wanted to focus on those two areas. So I am gonna share three. The third one that I'm going to share.
With regards to sales is really one of the most impactful things to generating more sales in your launch or for any offering. And these first two things that I'm going to share are maybe a little bit different to what you might hear people speaking about as far as what you need to be [00:05:00] focusing on. But remember, we're speaking about creating more sales and more ease in your launch.
So we'll kind of work backwards. The first one that I wanna talk about. Is, you might think it's more around creating more ease, and it absolutely is, but it's also going to drive more sales. And it is around being more organized and breaking down all of the things that you need to do for a live launch or even an evergreen launch.
And when I'm talking about launch, it's really just the promotional period leading up to having your doors open or a sign up period. For a course, for a membership, for a mastermind, for your coaching, and evergreen just means that you have that available and open at any time. But you still need a system where, or a system or a funnel or a customer journey whereby you're bringing people into your world, moving them towards that offer and making those sales.
So [00:06:00] a lot of the, the moving parts are similar in both. And then there are some little differences. Is so either way, we need to be launching either, uh, open and closed style or in that evergreen way towards our digital offerings. And so there are, we kind of, we can't get around the fact that there are a lot of things that we need to be doing.
There are a lot of moving parts. Uh, there are a lot of different assets that we need to build. And the first time that you put together a whole launch funnel, if you like, or customer journey. Uh, it feels pretty overwhelming. I, I don't know anyone who hasn't felt overwhelmed by it because there are a lot of moving parts, so this is something we can't really get away from.
We can get support with it. We can grow our understanding around it. And also, well, this is gonna lead into number two. We can repeat those systems, but this first point is being. Having a plan. So actually working [00:07:00] backwards from when you're going to have your doors open or your sign up open, uh, and working backwards from that to when you're going to be having any live events as part of your launch and working backwards from that as far as promotion and what you need to be doing.
What are the things you need to have built by which stage, what's happening on the front end for your audience and understanding that, uh, and having a plan so that you know what you need to do each week. For the 8, 10, 12 weeks prior to the point, prior to the point when you've got your actual doors open, when it's like your live launch time.
So the reason that this well obvi, it's probably more obvious that this creates more ease because you're breaking down those tasks. You're not completely overwhelmed, and you're not leaving it till the last minute, uh, so that you're feeling in a rush. And with way too much to do. So breaking down all of the things that you're going to need to create and making a plan for yourself when they're gonna be Jew and need to [00:08:00] be live for your audience, and therefore when you need to have them made by.
And then kind of laying that out so that you can chip away at it. Over the weeks, and I know this is something that my clients often. Love about working with me because I create that plan with them once we know all their goals and all the different things. And it takes away a lot of the overwhelm because I create that personalized launch plan and I'm walking them through it week by week.
So they just really need to focus on the core areas that we've gone through and they know that's all they need to focus on that week. And then the next week we'll go into what's next. And so this creates. While there's still a lot to do, it creates more ease because you're not feeling overwhelmed and you know that you're gonna be covering off all of the things that you need for your launch as you need them.
The way that this creates more sales is that when you don't do this, and I see it all the time, is that quite often some of [00:09:00] the really key aspects of your launch. Are a bit half baked, they're half done because you've either not left yourself enough time, you haven't realized it needs to be done. You're trying to do it all at the last minute, so you're kind of throwing it all together and you don't have time to properly think out and plan and make sure the right.
Uh, information or inclusions are there in things like your sales page, your offer page, or your open cart emails, or you've only half-heartedly built your audience in the lead up to your launch. So when a lot of the core aspects of a launch and core assets of a launch are only kind of half done, we are leaving money on the table.
So by having this organization. And being more planned out and knowing what you need to do and breaking it down, this is how that actually creates more ease, more confidence and calm, as well as more leading to more sales, because you're going to do [00:10:00] everything to a higher standard, to a better quality because you're giving it the time and space it needs.
Uh, so this is a really important aspect which will drive both that ease and income factor. The second thing that I want to share is around repeating your launch style. So oftentimes I see a lot of people bouncing around the different types of launches. Like one time doing a bootcamp, another time doing a live masterclass, another time trying a coaching week, another time trying a workshop.
Every time you do that, which is where the link is, I mentioned before, uh, every time you do that. You have to create a lot of new assets, so you're giving yourself more work. Also, most of the time you haven't allowed the experimentation of all the various areas to be improved in that launch style. So it's a little bit twofold here when you repeat [00:11:00] the same launch style, like at least three times.
Then you're going to get a good idea of whether it truly is a good fit and it does work, or whether it truly doesn't work for your offer, your audience, and your business. Unless you repeat it, you're not truly going to know that because you could do three or four different launch styles, and then at the end of that, still be unsure about which one is the best, most aligned for your business and your audience and your offer.
But when we repeat the same one, we're able to get that data and understand and then maybe move on and try something else if we want to do that still. But many times people think that a launch is a failure because it didn't get the outcomes that they were looking for. But there are many times, most of the time.
When I have a look at that launch and we look at the data, there are aspects of the launch that did really well, and then there are aspects that need to be [00:12:00] improved to improve the overall outcome of the launch. And so when you repeat that and you improve the different aspect and assets of a launch, then that's where you start seeing more of the sales coming in.
It, and it's also where you start seeing more ease because you are repeatedly using the same assets and just improving them. You're not having to create whole new email sequences, whole new pages, whole new event plans, and all of the different parts that we have to create as part of a launch. So again, repeating the same launch style at least three times.
To test it properly and understand which parts of it are working and really knowing for sure whether that's a good match for you or not is going to lead towards more sales, either by that one working better or knowing it's definitely not a, not a match for you, your business and your [00:13:00] clients. And your offer, and therefore moving onto something that might be more of a match, but you know for sure and it's creating more ease because you're repeatedly using the same launch assets, tweaking them and improving them each time.
And this is when you're able to start putting more layers into your launch. Yeah. You might see some really experienced people online doing launches and they're doing all of these different things. We don't wanna start with that because it's too much and then everything is watered down. We wanna get the basis really good, and then we want to layer in the bells and whistles that create more and more success as far as reach and income from your launch.
So number one is the organization and the planning and breaking things down to create more sales through the fact that you're doing everything better. And more ease through the fact that you're breaking it down and it's chunked down. Number two is sticking with the same launch style, [00:14:00] and if you're not sure which launch style to even start or try or do next so that you can test it out a few times, again, reach out by a dm.
This is one of the things that I help my clients with is really finding an aligned launch style that is aligned with you. With your business goals and stage, with your offer and your ideal clients. Alright, number three is your launch messaging. Now your launch messaging needs to be a little bit different to your overall messaging.
Hopefully, you are pretty clear on your avatar for your ideal client or customer. When we look at your launch. Ideal avatar, we need to go even deeper and kind of nail it down a little bit closer or make it smaller group within your bigger avatar. And this is because when you are launching, you really need to be speaking to the person who is [00:15:00] closest or most ready for your offer.
So you might have a big pool that is your overall avatar, but you need to think about within that, who are the people within that who are most ready? Already without you having to get them ready for your offering, and if you speak directly or not. If when you speak directly to those people, then you have more success in your sales and it feels easier.
Okay, so we have to narrow down our messaging to a smaller group of our avatar. Who are the people who are most. Ready. And if you're not sure, you need to be talking to your ideal people. You need to be looking at that, thinking about where they need to be in their customer journey, in their buyer's journey to be ready for your offer.
Um, and I guess a little bit of a bonus thing here is that's why having a really aligned launch lead magnet or [00:16:00] freebie is so essential. Uh, and building your audience prior to your launch is so essential, but not just any kind of audience, right? In that lead up to your launch and really at all times, you wanna be building, uh, an audience that is very aligned with your offer, but specifically in that lead up to your launch, you want to be targeting people with a lead magnet or a freebie to grow your email list, to grow your social media following, to grow your community and audience who are going to be quite close to being ready.
Because it's different to maybe a lead magnet you might put out at other times in between your launches to grow your community further and then take them through a nurture sequence or some trainings to move them towards being ready for your offer. Right in the lead up to your launch, you wanna be speaking to people who are closer to being ready.
Maybe they're like a half step, a quarter of a step, or right ready for your offer. And so when you're [00:17:00] putting a lead magnet out to grow your list and grow your socials right before your launch, you want that to be fully aligned as like the tiny step before your offer or the tiny step before your launch event.
And the same thing with your launch event. Your launch event really needs to be targeted at. The people who are most ready for your offer, helping them feel completely ready and removing any of those blocks or worries that they might have about getting started. Helping them to believe in themselves that they can also do and have those goals that they, they want and those transformations that they want.
So. The overall of this. Number three is your messaging needs to be really aligned, not just with your overall avatar, but with the group of people within that who are going to be ready, who are ready for your offer. And again, this is something that I support you with. So if you want support with any of those things or just launching overall, if you're feeling.
Overwhelmed and [00:18:00] frustrated with launching. If you have launched a number of times and you are not getting the results that you are after, um, if you are want, if you have been getting results and now you really wanna dial things up and you want to scale your launches and you have been getting sales, but you wanna up that now you wanna get out to a new audience, you are ready to really scale and grow your launches and you want a system and structure and support for that.
I also help you with that, so going next level with your launches. So either way, whether you're ready, you've got some success with your launches, and you're just not sure how to take them to that next level, that's something that I can support you with. Or if you've been, you've done a few launches and they're just not working for you, even though you are following the formulas, you're following the strategy, the blueprints, the structures that you have got from memberships courses or downloads, and it's just not working.
You're not getting the results. The effort is. Far more than the return. [00:19:00] That is also something I can support you with. So hopefully this has been helpful.
